When keys arrive: set them in .env.local and on Vercel (`npx vercel env add`), then (1) run one real Generate submit through the Platform API and verify the soul path choice (spec /higgsfield-ai/soul/standard vs quickstart /soul/v2/standard) and result copy into Blob; (2) re-run Prompt Intelligence, Design Lab, Studio passes and Reference Match scoring with a provider and record findings in docs; (3) if RESEND_API_KEY arrives, verify password-reset mail delivery.

Visual review of the live site, then connect the operations platform repository to Vercel.

Finish phase 4 domain-predicate extraction and clear the OAuth blocker on the Z Mod portal.

Client review of staging, then DNS cutover from WordPress.com.

Build the live-hole camera graphics and overlay engine.

Master Higgsfield graphics + video pass, then connect the first live provider integration.
